Doing vs. Done
How do you get the blessed life? Most world religions and philosophies advocate some form of doing: that if you work hard enough, follow a certain path, obey enough, you can achieve blessing. Christianity is different: it says that all that is necessary for you to receive salvation was done by Christ. In Galatians 4:21-31, Paul some of these themes via the Old Testament example of Hagar and Sarah.
